Job Overview:

We are looking for HR practitioners who are tasked with managing labor relations within an office environment. Their primary responsibilities include offering counseling services to employees with exceptional interpersonal skills and have extensive knowledge of Labor law, adhere to company and industry regulations at all times also collecting and analyzing employee data, organizing and updating employee files and overseeing employee orientation and training, among other duties.

Job Description:

  • Involve employee relation by investigates and meeting with functional head for warning and punishing and check all concerning in employee issues in company regulation and by law
  • Manpower control and supervise team to support manpower requirement.
  • Centralizer for employee sharing information center and all issue related with employee relation.
  • Detect and analysis data of Time & Attendance which consists of working time, leave, overtime and any employee additional condition for issuing weekly & monthly report.
  • Supervisor and lead for company result as concern HR part : Turn over rate, Health rate.
  • Update all Governor required to payroll, contact the provident fund, social security fund and insurance agent for proactive requirement.
  • Maintain employee information in Human Resources Management system records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Cooperate and support for all of management systems in the company.

Skill & Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Law, Political or other related  .
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving ability.
  • Good English.
