eCommerce Key Account Manager (Click and Mortar)

Main Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and execute mutually beneficial customer relationship with key online customers to drive Nestlé online sales and presence. Successfully negotiate and sell in Nestlé portfolio for assigned categories. With the support of Sales Manager, build Customer Engagement strategies with key customers to achieve greater online market share across categories (online market share greater than offline market share).
  • Develop and manage day-to-day business relationship with key online accounts to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Manage of online key accounts (marketplace and/or retail) in close collaboration with eCommerce Sales Manager.
  • Accountable to ensure Sales Target on the assigned Categories. Sell out targets with customers are also part of the target according JBP agreement.
  • Responsible for demand forecasting submission internally for the assigned categories to ensure supply. Constantly monitor stock availability at customers to be compliant with company targets for assigned categories.
  • Accountable for promotional budget management at category level according to the established target. Ensure management of customer compensations and compliance with rate cards provided by the Category Managers from each Business Unit.
  • Develop and implement Brand Specific Activation and eRetailer Campaigns for specific categories aligning with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure profitable and sustainable growth for the activities by performing post evaluations and ROI analysis for key campaigns, as well as aligning media performance with the Digital Activation Manager.
  • Responsible for developing Ice-cream and Confectionery Business on existing and New Partners ensuring flawless route to market (product integrity).
  • Monitor and analyze our brands vs. category movement in order measure business performance vs. competitors. Understand shopper insights and behavior to drive new business opportunities online.

Requirements and Qualifications

You, as successful applicant should possess the followings:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, preferably with good knowledge of commercial & operations, retailing and retail customers
  • Experience in online business with commercial mindset and basic digital knowledge is a must
  • Strong background in sales with customer management with multi-category experience 
  • Experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Development will be an additional advantage 
  • Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results 
  • Outstanding analytical skills with strong knowledge in interpreting test results and drawing conclusions 
  • Good stakeholder management skill and able to handle complexity
  • Possess 'Challenge the Status Quo' mindset
  • Strong command of English and Thai
