JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for profit and revenue of all direct-to-consumer products and services under the POPS OTT umbrella. They must gather and analyze our in-app economy and user analytics and turn data into recommended actions, working towards the department’s revenue KPIs. This individual must have a proven track record in strategizing and executing successful e-commerce campaigns that maintained significant business growth. This position works closely with our Tech, Content and Marketing teams, and they will ensure a seamless user experience so that both our partners and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities:

Revenue enhancement across our partnered and owned platforms is crucial to continuously support our ambitious growth trajectory, which is only made possible through a deep understanding of our customer’s evolving needs and demands. This position will be responsible to deep dive into user behaviour and our partner’s complementary business and as such, drive revenues of our business via two main areas:


1. D2C Strategy and Implementation
  • Build own commercial planning to encourage adoption and continued usage on POPS Stars to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and enhance online purchasing experience
  • Manage online seasonal and promotional activities across brand’s D2C ecommerce plans and partner with retailers ensuring trading calendars and promotions are complementary and not competing with each other
  • Be continuously up-to-date with new features and activities from our competition
  • Monitor performance of transactional components on app to meet revenue and profitability
  • Identify implementation risks and communicate them to the involved parties and facilitate mitigation plan
2. Data analytics and reporting
  • Monthly reporting of those results to internal and where applicable, external stakeholders
  • Monitor the performance of the platform, recommend and drive innovative initiatives to maximize usage and partner and DTC revenues.
  • Perform financial projections and analytical modelling for current or future e-commerce projects
  • Participate in data experimental research on new technologies, products and purchasing techniques of POPS App
Qualification: 
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognizable university.
  • Excellent English and Thai, both verbal & written.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience. Experience working for well-known tech start-ups will also be an advantage.
  • Passionate about content and digital media.
  • Knowledgeable in building applications and product performance
  • Being highly logical & structured in thoughts and communication.
  • Able to live, breathe, analyze data daily and makes informed decision based on findings.
  • Able to think out of the box.
  • Confident with communication skills and shows an ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
  • A high degree of drive, energy, innovative thinking, and passion to succeed.
