Manage all aspects of
EVEANDBOY online marketplace across all platforms to grow sales & profits, traffic acquisitions, average order value, and conversion rates
Responsible for marketing campaigns from planning to execution
Contribute to product strategy and vision, roadmap and prioritization
Develop an online business strategy in collaboration with Product and Marketing team
Analyse data in order to deliver data-driven strategies in order to achieve KPIs.
Define overall metrics and KPI’s for the ecommerce site and report performance via dashboards
Monitor product inventory and sales forecast accuracy
Manage product contents and support back-end system
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to expand online market share
Perform market research to capture new trends to improve online shopping experience
Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to continually create engaging user experiences
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s
degree required
Years of Experience:
Minimum 2-year experience in E-Commerce particularly in Lazada and Shopee. Experience in sales & marketing, category management, project management would
be a plus
Software Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Passion for technology and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to multitask on multiple projects, excellent project management skills
Knowledge in makeup and beauty business would be a plus
