<Job Responsibilities>

• Input purchasing Invoice data by manual and upload.
• Invoice issuing for customer and sub contract company.
• Adjust shipping label quantity.
• Print material receipt.
• Change exchange rate.
• Damage parts of local & oversea.
• Upload data for receiving, shipping.
• Inform pallet quantity to truck booking to get the material supply.
• Any other related duties requested by the supervisors and manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age 22-30 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Japanese major or logistics major or any related fields.
• Fresh Graduated is welcome.
• Advance conversational high level in Japanese level (at least N3).
• JLPT certificate is required.
• Advance conversational middle level in English (TOEIC 600 or above).
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Able to operate computer and communicate in English & Japanese.
• Able to commuting to work by own car.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>     

• Have knowledge of medium voltage technology

Workplace Area: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Monday-Friday (Work on Saturday 4-5 days per year / According to company's calendar.))
