Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct and manage all properties’ sales activities to maximize revenue for our brand.
• Knowledge of service residence, hotel market trends and wholesale corporate business.
• Develop rates, group sales deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and segment management.
• Prepare and execute marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs, and annual budgets.
• Create an effective marketing programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of our brands.
• Ability to effectively listen, communicate, lead to drive team performance and collaborate with internal and external customers and staffs.

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
• At least ten years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with 8 years in the property development or management environment.

• Managerial Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.

• Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Confident, Good organizational & people development sales, Outgoing personality and people-oriented.
