Job Description

• Overview and manage a team of Central Quality Center, Quality Assurance, lab, and Document Control.
• Responsible for delivering all aspects of the supplier operations quality assurance an Quality Management to ensure that best product and service delivery to clients globally and complies with Corporate global Standard.
• Responsible for ensuring that supplier continue to develop and implement best practice that emphasizes defect, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvement and continuous to meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhere to.
• Responsible for providing leadership, outstanding people skills and management to a team of supplier quality engineers.
• Manages other employees and ensures all business goals and objectives are reached.
• To provide, Implement, and administer quality assurance to ensure product reliability and conformance to engineering spec and customer specification.
• Coordinates activity with customer and vendors for all reliability and quality assurance standard and quality policy and procedure.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the best practice quality vision, strategy, policy, processes and procedure.
• Maintains customer satisfaction as to quality.
• Carry out supplier validation audits with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP).
• Review documentation of inspection results across all areas with control plan and PPAP approval.
• Conducts and supervises studies to determine cause effect and corrective measure.
• Conducts customer and supplier visitations as require to confirm on specific qualification problem.
• Review and educates all variance on component and production.
• Responsible for a variety of quality functions related to improve quality and reduce cost through quality assurance on quality of conformance to reduce scrap, rework internal supplier material and customer's complaints.
• Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Review and identifier manufacturing problems or inefficiencies in the manufacturing process and outgoing product quality, recommends solutions.
• Studies quality capability of machines and process and furnish results to design and manufacturing planning.
• Manage customer PPM, supplier PPM, supplier problem solving, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators.
• Initiate and participate in design of plans to raise quality level.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor or Master Degree of Science in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• At least 12 years in manufacturing and Managerial skill in Quality assurance system
• Fluent command in English.
