Job Purpose:  

Responsible for buildup potential lead pipeline and ensure good customer relationships for Group Business in health insurance product (SME and Corporate) in Rayong and EEC area 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Set up sales activities and appointments with potential customers and lead to sales Work closely with team members in Rayong branch and Direct Corporate Sales team in Head Office
  
• To organize and provide product knowledge and after sales service to our corporate customers
• Maintains accurate records of all sales result, leads management and activity reports submitted to manager
• Meet or exceed sales target, all activity standards for prospecting calls, and appointments
• To run daily operation up to the high standard and professional
• Building up customer relationship amount the leads and corporate customers
• Keep report or inform of competitor movement or changes
• Input activities, communication or any other related of customers into CRM
• Search and find leads and covered them to become our customers
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, BA, Economics, Insurance or any related
• At least 2 years’ experience of working in direct sales and marketing (experience in sales from insurance business would be a plus)
• Able to work in Rayong and EEC area
• Good customer service mind
• Sales result & People oriented
• Able to analysis data to understand which customer are profitable and which is not
• Good computer knowledge and skills
• Good presentation and written skills in Thai and English
• Good influencing and negotiation skill with a balanced with assertiveness and persistence
