Vero, an award-winning ASEAN-focused PR and digital agency, is seeking Digital Strategic Planning Manager with a passion for marketing communication and digital media platforms, and a track record of success at managing clients and people within a marketing communications agency.


Key responsibilities:  

• Lead strategic planning across social and digital platforms, end-to-end campaign on provide direction for a brand’s presence.
• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Collaborate with the different internal teams to create and deliver best-in-class social media and content-driven campaigns for our clients.
• Liaise with clients to attain an ever evolving understanding of their changing needs and adapting our approach to digital communication for them accordingly.
• Plan and help execute media amplification and social media advertising on key social platforms.
• Track the effect of social and content marketing on the client’s digital platforms to showcase the effectiveness of our digital marketing.
• Stay on top of industry changes to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve on digital and social.
• Spearhead the process of social advertising and content promotion across social media platforms, optimizing for the client’s objectives.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communication and online campaign and/or related fields including public relations, research, digital marketing and/or brand marketing, advertising, management consulting. 
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  
• Experienced in digital campaign tools (Google Analytic, Facebook Ads. etc.) or has earned Digital certification as a plus.
• Solution-oriented and strong analytical skills.
• Able to lead and execute research-driven communications programs for clients to advance their business and brands. 
• Have an understanding of how communications teams work from both client and agency-sides.
• Possess the vision, insight and confidence necessary to manage a team.
• Keep up with trends all the time
