The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for planning and executing our digital marketing campaigns, including web, email and social media channels to increase our online presence and customer engagement, thereby improving our brands’ marketing and sales efforts.  This position will be working closely with the Social Media, Marketing and Sales departments.  The Digital Marketing Strategist will report directly to our company’s Senior Vice President and be based in our Ploenchit office.
Job duties will include:

• Develop, implement and manage our digital marketing campaigns to build each brand’s online presence and improve engagement
• Develop ads and website testing plans to optimize conversion rate and optimize ad spend
• Execute successful digital campaigns by coordinating with functional teams, monitoring the performance and providing insights for optimization
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Define most important social media KPIs as they relate to our brands and measure the success of each social media campaign
• Develop, manage and oversee social media content
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with copywriters, designers, and other members of the team to ensure that content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams on all campaigns
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Provide constructive feedback

Requirements for candidates include:

• BS degree in marketing or related field is preferred but not mandator.
  
• Minimum 2 years working experience in digital marketing field is a must.
  
• Knowledge of marketing advertising, e-commerce and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
  
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate conversion.
  
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinkin.
  
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
