Key Responsibilities:

• To assist the head of marketing in the conceptualization and development of various digital Marketing/Marketing strategies and plans for the organization.
• To conduct research on digital marketing campaigns, especially those with strong focus on acquisitions & retentions (of customers), as well as latest digital marketing trends, best practices and online consumer behaviors.
• To execute various digital marketing & online communications programs, to achieve set organization  goals and targets.
• To set up lead generation platforms across various digital and online channels.
• To jointly produce creative, innovative and engaging digital contents and online marketing collaterals,   working together with various business units as well as the design & contents team.
• To carry out link marketing, online media advertisements as well as search engine optimizations (SEO).
• To monitor the organization's digital platforms, such as the corporate sites, video channels as well as the social media.
• Guide the creative and content marketing team to develop effective communication strategies and marketing materials including banners, videos, landing pages, advertorials, etc.
• To work with the head of marketing to monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of  various digital campaigns, attain insights, and propose improvement areas, through the formulation of reports to the management.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor / Degree in any marketing-related discipline.
• At least two (3) years of experience in implementing digital marketing strategies
• Working knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and online marketing best practices.
• Good problem-solving, time-management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision, being a self-starter.
• Good English Communication TOEIC 650 score
