Our client is a services company specializing in engaging with good customer service and improving the performances of businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
- Improving the client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption.
- Providing pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
- Becoming an expert on all social media Advertising solutions.
- Having the ability to identify trends and solve problems.
- Providing vital product insights & feedback from their own experience using social media products and sharing feedback from online media Advertisers.
- Being a champion and producing success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using social media products.
- Using a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1 to 3 years working in a digital marketing/online sales organization.
- Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
- Able to relocate to Malaysia (Depends on the situation).
Location: Work from home for 12 months in Thailand and must relocate to Malaysia (depends on the situation).
