General responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Event Management Specialist / Manager

• Build and manage theBU’s social media profiles and presence, produce valuable and engaging content including Google, Facebook, Line, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
• Be a focal point on Digital Campaigns and provide support to Local teams
• Lead Performance Marketing Program.  Optimize BU’s marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
• Manage campaign results by providing comprehensive and detailed analytics of the results of each campaign
• Track Digital Business SAP/Salesforce.com across BLs.  Establish closed-loop analytics with BLs to understand the mechanism of inbound marketing activity conversion into customers, and continually refine process to convert customers.
• KPI’s Management Campaigns on all Digital Channel
• Work with Corporate eCommerce team / Digital Studio
• Support Global Digital Marketing on specific projects

Marketing & Event Management

• Developmarketing materials. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on event and tradeshow activity, including but not limited to help LBUM, LBLMs to developstrategy and objective of key events, internal team training for attendees (elevator pitch, demos, etc.), maintain pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance
• Negotiate and execute contracts for large- and small-scale events
• Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, using CRM, email marketing, project management, and similar systems
• Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory include collateral, giveaways, etc.

Education

• Bachelor/master’s degree in business, digital marketing or related field. First experiences in the chemical industry is an advantage
• Advanced in English
