Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) Team. Lead new initiatives on Direct to Customer activities
  • Call Center Optimization, Direct Marketing Business Model ideation & implementation, Single Customer App ideation & development, etc.
  • Generate ideas, business model & prototypes for direct to customer initiatives
  • Engaging with cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, After Sales, network Development, etc.) to brainstorm / capture / understand business requirements for the projects
  • Engaging regularly with Global CE Team for project support, sharing, reporting, etc.
  • Working with external partners for project implementation, rollout and sustainment
  • Metrics tracking & analysis for regular improvements/optimization.
  • Reporting generation for management meetings

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years or more of total professional experience with 3+ years direct response and e-commerce experience in similar role strongly preferred an integrated, multi-channel marketing platforms
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field
  • Superior analytic skills, and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns
  • Deep background in technical understanding of Messenger Bots, Mobile Application Development, Call Center Process&Tools
  • Direct Marketing and e-commerce experience is desirable
  • Collaborative, cross functional mindset and always eager to learn in this evolving space of DCE
  • Experience with Digital Marketing/Social Media, Digital Platform and mobile application development are mandatory
  • Superior analytic skills, and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns
  • Digital media savvy &is a must – deep numeric capabilities are desired
  • Proactive Approach towards work. Self-Managed
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent ENGLISH communication (verbal &and writing) skills
