A Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer is required by a leading global technology company who are looking for the ideal candidate to join them as a full-time employee in their client’s Klongluang,
Pathumtani, office.
As Level 2 Support Engineer, you will be providing 2nd line Desktop Support to Enterprise users of MS Windows Operating Systems and hardware, assist with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware,
support mobile devices and manage tickets using the company’s chosen ITSM tool.
This is an excellent opportunity for Service Desk Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer with at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Essential Skills for the Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer:
- Candidate with ability to work in a Full-time position
- A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of MS Office and associated applications
- Knowledge of, or competency in, PC, laptop, printer & hardware repair and maintenance
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
- Fluency in both written and spoken Thai and English
Desirable Skills for the Desktop Support Engineer:
- Technical skills in hardware trouble shooting issues related to Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smart phones etc.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop applications including exposure to MS Office 365
