Job Description:

• Involves online and telephone contact with external/internal customers

• Involves providing clearance and brokerage support to external customers and completing any related administration

• Involves preparing Customs Entry

• Investigates and resolves problems or exception situations

• Uses appropriate communication methods to understand and share information with customers, team members and other departments

• Works closely with team and other departments to ensure accuracy of information and completion of processes to deadline

• contact with customers, vendors or employees, to investigate or resolve issues as required

• Verifies data and completes procedural checks against predefined processes or criteria to ensure accuracy and quality

Qualifications:

• Education: Secondary education or equivalent

• Experience:One - Three (1-3) years of work experience in Customs Clearance

• Accuracy & Attention to Detail; Planning & Organizing Skills; Interpersonal Skills; Problem Solving Skills

• Teamwork oriented. Ability to handle multi tasks with good managerial skill

• Good skills of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power point) and PC Skill

• Knowledge of local customs regulatory requirements and processes

• Basic to intermediate knowledge on assigning HS Code

• Good command in reading and writing English

Working hours:  

• 44 hours per week
• Work 5 to 5.5 days per week
