Client Details

Our client is the well-established software computer company with professional service providing from consulting and IT outsourcing


  • Plan, maintain and constantly update accurate sales tracking and act as a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT
  • Provide roadmap to drive solution in the marketplace
  • Develop and grow customer satisfaction within the assigned solution
  • Develop account plans to identify and convert all opportunities to launch new service offering and provide feedback to management team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships and alliances with Partners to leverage sales opportunities within targeted end user accounts


  • Bachelor or master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields
  • 5 years in working experience in Java, cloud engineering and customer support system
  • Strong interpersonal Java skills, high energy to drive customer independently from opportunity identification to successful closures
  • Support customer's system, Receive and track Incident, contact to the customer to explain from technical point of view and reduce the task by using automation
