We are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our Thailand office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing processes and communications with customers (internal and external) through multiple channels.
- Prioritizing tasks to supply superior service to all Key accounts.
- Managing the order process for multiple business groups.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Accountable for driving operational excellence and improving customer-centric partnerships through the execution of premier service delivery
- Use their judgment and knowledge of strategic plans for each customer to respond to requests for orders, technical support, and other services.
- Daily truck monitor and truck tracking to serve operation on Fleet plan and utilization align with operation’s need.
- Data collector and analysis on the request of management team
- Perform duty as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of work experience with an international third party warehouse service provider & distribution center
- Experience in managing multiple warehouses/sites
- Demonstrated warehousing and logistics operations expertise
- Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing), can speak Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage
