Customer Service Supervisor (Call Centre & Front Office)

Job Summary

Provide good customer service as the first line of contact with the distributors, and to have good understanding of the compensation plan to service the distributors according to the policies and procedures

Be the front line contact point for the distributors and provide excellent customer service. Serve the distributors based on the good understanding of the compensation plan which is in line with the company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to set up the operation standard and monitor the team performance to meet the department KPI
  • Develop new business opportunities/channels to support the department’s service
  • Ensure all daily transaction of both frontline and back office for the team is accurate
  • Work on daily operations with team and  make sure all of them are well accomplished at the end of the day
  • Maintain the nice relationships with all the customers to promote customer loyalty and ensure the customer service team delivers high quality customer service 
  • To process return and exchange of products in accordance to Returns & Exchange policy
  • To provide the good customer services to the distributors over the counter and phone
  • To provide the weekly & monthly report with the analysis of business
  • To work on social media communications and training
  • Control all purchasing documents such as PO/ PR, and other necessary related documents
  • To participate in the company’s event in Bangkok
  • Other related projects/tasks will be assigned by Customer Service Manager

Perform other duties as needed in support of company objective

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements

  • Thai female nationality, age not over 40 years
  • University Graduate, and have experience in Customer Service or Call Centre preferred at least 5 years.   Experienced in Direct Selling Business is preferably.
  • Good aptitude in customer relations andrecognize the value of frontline work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Thai
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition
  • Team player, self-development, fast learner & doer, multifunctional mindset
  • Flexible and able to work retail hours from Monday – Friday, 11.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m. and Saturday from 11.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
