Due to rapid expansion, we are now looking for highly motivated and talented people to join our team as Customer Service – Purchasing & Logistics

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and purchasing in trading companies (main focus on overseas procurement & import planning, costing, and other purchasing related tasks).
• Proactive, high personal drive, self-starter, enjoy dynamic environment
• Well-organized, good at planning/organizing /problem solving. 
• A good team player with service minded who can maintain productivity under timeline constraint.
• Fluent in English with Computer literacy, familiarity in SAP would be an advantage.

Responsibilities;

The job holder is responsible for aspects of logistics, purchasing, goods delivery to support the Company’s operations. This role will include extensive interaction with overseas suppliers, internal sales and customer service teams, transportation agencies, and related staffs

• Communication with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal partners for all business relevant matters.
• Define, control and revise MRP stock levels for all fast moving items in coordination with Sales and Customer Service Teams.
• In charge of issuing of Purchase orders to domestic and oversea suppliers as well as creating Purchase Order through SAP.
• Timely review of "Order Confirmations" received from suppliers, addressing all cost and quantity issues that arise efficiently to avoid delays to product arrival;
• Liaise with suppliers to arrange delivery schedules in accordance with the stock level and customer order requirements of the business, ensuring  that the business adheres to routine order deadlines with suppliers;
• Prepare import shipment plan ensuring timely, accountable and cost-effectively delivery of shipment.
• Prepare and check all shipment documents and provide the internal and external partner with the required documentation.
• Following up the confirmed product delivery dates and inform the Customer Service and Sales teams.
• Issue complaints with vendors in case of quality problems or incorrect shipments (damaged goods, shortage, overage etc) – Claim against vendor form.
• Create Credit/Debit Notes and provide all required information to internal and external partners in coordination with the Purchasing and Logistics Executive.
• Handling of all required and necessary documentation between customer, the Company and supplier as well as government enterprises.
