Job Description


  • Handling customers' inquiries/requests on a daily basis via different channels (e.g. incoming calls, e-mail, website, COS);
  • Ensure information on type of customers' inquiries captured in CMS & related CRM Tool
  • Coordinate with related departments to get the requests done
  • Prepare documents for customers as requested (e.g. bill payments, auto debit forms, borrowing registration book, copies of receipts and tax invoices, copy of registration book)
  • Performing outgoing calls, including welcome call, end of contract call, fax-in (forward to respective people)
  • Handling customer complaints and report to supervisor
  • Receiving visitors and cooperate with office administration team to manage car park's visitor (reception)
  • Performing reassignment process; starting from interviewing customers & collecting basis documents, supporting credit process to preparing contracts and filing sets of documents
  • Cooperating to handle document from messenger & mail-in, mail return with BA .
  • Support / coordinate with other departments/customers for special tasks up on requested 


  • 2-5 years experiences in call center or customer service field in banking / financial services industries
  • Good customer handling skill, problem solving skill, strong customer oriented
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with internal & external customers, good negotiation skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English and Computer literacy (MS office)
