Job Summary:

This Customers Service will working closely with sales team & back office. Support all document, invoice, delivery, P/O, Import Document and collaboration with external & internal for make business smoothly.

Job Description

• Monitoring stock & Manage order from customers both oversea and local.
• Manage all internal document, purchasing & sourcing for new materails
  
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team for provide best support to customers by email & phone.
• Coordinate with frieght forwarder company for import clearance.
• Maintain good relationship with customers & helping team to solve any issue.

Qualification

• Male or female aged 25 - 40 years old.
• Experience in customers service at lease 2 year.
• Good attitude, positive thinking & service mind.
• Good command of the English language.
