Customer Service Officer

The company is responsible for after sales and service in the region of South East Asia. The described position will assist and support in achieving the maximum performance of the customer service.

Your main tasks will be:

• Customer support mainly on the phone and via e-mail
• Daily reporting to the local management
• Coordinating of intercompany processes
• All customer service activities as assigned
• Documentation of service interventions
• Service administration in ERP system (SAP)
• Frequent analyses

You should therefore have the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Experience in customer service
• Profound background in ERP systems (SAP)
• Personal skills in customer communication
• Good in spoken and written in English
• Additional languages a plus
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other standard software
• Technical engineering background a plus
• Self-motivated, co-operative and able to work independently
