Customer Service Manager - Bangkok area - Up to 40K

  • 4-5 years experience in technical management

Position:                      Customer Service Manager

Location:                     Bangkok area

Salary Range:              Up to 40K

Working Hours:            Monday - Saturday; 9.00 - 18.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connecting with customers and build appropriate rapport and have thorough understanding of needs, expectations and requirements in order to achieve customer goals and service level agreements
  • Drive and facilitate the achievement of service excellence via the adoption of best demonstrated practices through improvement programs and develop Customer Service professionals via different programs
  • Providing effective and proactive communication to customers regarding status of services, time estimations and cost in Process Maintenance and Service
  • identify process gaps to create a more seamless department whilst managing counseling and coaching activities aimed at reinforcing strengths and bridging weaknesses in the different sub-functions of customer service
  • Managing the Coordinate with both external and internal customers to meet the needs of customers
  • Monitor Customer Service scorecards, analyze performance and propose improvement measures
  • Monitoring customer service phone calls to ensure they meet the given quality expectations, provide feedback to staff and help in supervising and improving the team's skills

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • At least 4-5 years  experience in technical mangement
  • Good understanding of the various maintenance processes and spare parts
  • Must be fluent and able to express confidently (speaking and writing) in English
  • Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
