Job Description

Location : BTS Phayathai

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or Technologies, Statistics or other related disciplines that possess an analytical component
  • 1-3 years of experience needed with data analytic
  • Strong analytical skills   
  • Strong in computer skill and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access
  • Clear, articulate, and confident written and verbal communication in Thai and English
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical findings into clear language that can be communicated to team members and clients 
  • Intermediate level of knowledge with online platforms and e-commerce
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Responsible for analyzing data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from data.
  • Prepare statistics summary report, analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
  • May consolidate and/or present data in charts, graphs, or tables.
  • Developing reports, dashboards, analysis defect trend/behavior data and improvement suggestion on procedures/process/policy to CS team lead and Head of Operations and relevant parties.
  • Utilizes quality monitoring data management system to compile and track the quality performance of CS teams and individual agents.
  • Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources. Analyzes and identifies measurable opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifies and implements audit processes to ensure data issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. 
  • Acts as subject matter expert for new processes, KPI’s, and data management. Collaborates with clients and internal team to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Partners with various leaders to design optimal solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of service quality and business strategies.
