Key Functional Areas of Responsibilities
- Maintain satisfactions ofpotential new customers by:Answering basic questions of product and service questions; suggesting basic information about Online Marketing services.
- Hand over customers to Sales team for closing the deal.
- Maintain satisfactions ofexisting customers by: Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about Online Marketing services especially Website.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up with related parties to ensure resolution done properly under agreed SLA.
- Understand customer insight and keep complete records for improving products and services.
- Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication.
Requirements & Professional Competencies
- Male/Female Age 25-28 Year. Thai nationality.
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public
Relation, Mass Communications, IT Business, Computer, or related fields.
- Able to work in shift rotation.
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service and related fields. Fair website
knowledge is preferable. Skillful in MS office (Words, Excel and Power Point).
- Excellent communication skills in Thai with good communication skills in English
(Both speaking and writing), business negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively with great analytic and problem solving
skill aiming to customer satisfaction.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and time management with goal and deadline
orientation mindset.
- Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this
knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
