Job Description:
- Assist in implementing the sales strategy, monitoring the market trends and evaluating the sales goals
- Prepare daily sales reporting as well as provide detailed monthly analysis of sales efforts including memo, proposals and presentations
- Monitor overall of Domestic Retail Sales Department budget
- Support by involving in handling of sales, administrative reports and confidential documents as assigned
- Solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customers under the responsible department
- Communicate with all staff in regional areas to gather information useful for the management in planning
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree of Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- 3 years of experience in coordinator, administrative which related to sales, marketing or related field
- Knowledge in SAP system
- Knowledge of related internal process e.g. reimbursement
- Excellence communication with coordination skills
- Well-organized and able to perform multitasking under time limited
- Service minded
- Excellence in Excel and PowerPoint program
- Fluent in English; writing and reading
- Able to work both in Lab Pratum and Head Office
- Able support sales events as needed
