We are looking for a well-matured candidate to manage a team of customer service for our client company. This candidate will be responsible for operations, logistics and being the middle person between our client's customer and outside sale team. Reporting to a C-level executive, we are looking for someone who can both has the know how of managing both up and down.

Description
Reporting to the COO, you will need to
- Coordinate with different team (credit control, finance, logistic, operations) to generate different reports
- Provide customer service responsibilities and handle enquiries, order fulfilment and customer complaints
- Manage a group of inside sale to ensure development of team and business efficiency
Profile
In ordered to be considered for screening you MUST
- Be very proficient in SAP
- Excellent command of English in verbal and written
- Has at least 2 - 4 years of experience in coaching subordinate
Other essential attributes would include
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in cable business, telecom or energy
- Good presentation skills and ability to work fast and detailed under pressure
