CSM Business Analyst Manager (CRM)

  • Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Engineering,Computer

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with relevant parties for gathering and preparing business and system requirements that are related to Servicing CRM and other digital project
  • Review functional specification documents (FSD) to ensure that FSD is aligned with requirements
  • Prepare test plan, test scenarios, and test cases, conduct UAT, check system functionality and UAT results evidence
  •  Log defects & clarification, work with both regional & local team to check all defect status, and update progress in defect dashboard and reports
  •   Prepare supporting documents to help team and users such as UAT guideline, User manual. Provide training to users in case of commence to implement the new system module
  •   Define UX/UIand provide recommendation for continuing CX improvement and increasing customer’s satisfaction index
  • Tracking, monitor and update project progress on regular basis, including any critical issues to the related CSM functions and responsible regarding to ad hoc/ new assignments

Candidate Specifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, UX/UI design, or Business Administration or related fields
  • Over 3 years’ experience as Website, Line, Mobile Application, Interactive, CRM, and Digital channels / tools business analyst
  • An experience in hand-on implementation of service improvement project and good understanding in CRM System, Line, Mobile Application, Live Chat, and Digital channels / tools are highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills
  • Critical thinker, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, attention to details and proactive problem solver
  • Knowledge and experience of business improvement principles and methodologies.
  • Technology savvy and possess a working understanding/experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Blackbelt, and Agile concept
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Goal and results driven
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and reviews
  • Simplify complex issues and workflows
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required including ability to build relationships across functions and vertically
  • Good interpersonal skill both Thai and English
  • Technical expertise regarding UX/UI, data management, data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Able to work under pressure deadline
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools and platforms such as Tableau, QlikView, Google Data Studio, Google Analytic or similar is a plus
  • Familiar with CRM Systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft 365
