Work closely with all related departments and external agency to ensure the CRM flow works effectively. Oversee direct communications with customers. Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value to maximize profitability.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work with external agency to give direction and guideline for them to come up with CRM strategies to recruit new customers and drive customer retention while increasing customer lifetime value base on data analysis. This includes
- Segmentation of customers to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages, offers and incentives to customers
- Customer Journey Mapping analysis to design touch points to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Loyalty campaigns to ensure retention by designing the mechanics that add value to the club such as points collection/redemption, birthday offer, cross brand partnership, relevant communication.
- Monthly and seasonal offers or activities for different segments of customers
- Innovative and creative relationship management that creates brand love
- Oversee direct communications for new launches and campaigns with customers through the CRM including LINE, EDM, SMS, app push while ensuring effectiveness in all communication campaigns with report analysis. This includes understanding targeted customers, their needs and key message of each launch and campaign.
- Set up campaigns in the system and work with agency to ensure best ROI for all CRM campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationship with partners to create brand awareness and create sales opportunities
- Deliver result and analysis for each month/campaign and suggest implication and future improvement
- Ensures rigorous planning testing, analysis and further action for all communications an CRM activities
- Work with graphic design to create brief for all communications
- Work with copywriter to create relevant message for each campaign
