DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct a development and enhancement of the credit rating model.
- Set-up standard computational statistic test for validation of model (i.e. discriminatory power) and back-testing (recalibration) of the rating/scoring models.
- Prepare and analyze the Front-end and the Back testing report used to monitor the rating model's performance, creditability and integrity.
- Prepare a collective and comprehensive credit rating policy, processes, procedures, and report on frequency of credit risk assessment, as well as assess how applicable the model is in risk assessment in credit underwriting process and if it sounds credible risk instrument during the models implementation.
- Prepare the guidance in rating model development, user manual, back testing procedure. Credit Rating System
- Provide advice and clarification of the problems arisen from Credit Rating/ Scoring model used by UW and CA and update / review the document and manual of Credit Rating/Scoring Model to be present.
- Ensure the rating system will facilitated all users, be a centralized system, and able to be used for further model development and enhancement.
Experience, Skills / Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Statistics, Business Admin, Finance, Economic or related field.
- Excellent skill in programe Micorsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Statistic tool (SAS)
- Good communication skill in English (Spoken, Written and Reading)
- Positive attitude and strong contribution for teamwork, service minded and self development ability
- Excellent in planing, analytic and interpersonal skill
