Creative Director (Film / Animation)

Treacle is an award-winning international creative agency with studios in Hong Kong, Sydney and Bangkok. We offer a wide range of specialised creative services to clients worldwide. 

We are looking for a talented Creative Director to join our Bangkok studio. You will work with the Global Creative Director on commercials, event content and broadcast projects for multinational clients from a wide range of industries. Previous clients include American Express, Disney, Calvin Klein and Marvel.  

The Creative Director role will be expected to direct projects spanning the entire production pipeline, from concept through to post-production. Your responsibilities will include:

• Concept creation & development
• Providing creative direction on a wide range of projects including live-action, animation, post-production, VFX, interactive content, VR, AR and projection mapping
• Managing the creative team to ensure they are on-brief, on-schedule and producing the highest quality possible

You must be located in Bangkok but you will be working on projects across 3 key markets, Hong Kong, Sydney and Bangkok.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Minimum 2 years in a creative supervisor role (e.g. Associate Creative Director, Assistant Creative Director, Assistant Director, Art Director) OR 1 year in a creative leadership role (e.g. Creative Director, Animation Director, Director)
• A strong creative eye and a vivid imagination
• Experience in both live-action and animation is essential
• Fluent in English & Thai
• Highly organised and efficient
• Strong management skills
