Responsibilities:

• To draft, review and revise business contracts or agreements.
• To advise on contract status, legal risks, and legal liabilities related to a logistics business both in Thai and English.
• To offer counsel on a variety of legal issues and conduct legal researches.
• To handle labor issues and other litigation's by monitoring, prosecuting and coordinating with legal firms.
• To be responsible for other legal assignments given from time to time.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or Higher in Laws
• Hold a lawyer license
• 2 - 4 years experienced in Corporate Legal, Logistics field would be advantage
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Good command of English both spoken and written (TOEIC Score 650 up)
• Excellent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word
