  • Lead & Responsible for creating the overall strategy, vision, and implementation of CRG’s  overall employee experience strategy while delivering a consistent, engaging experience across all phases of the CRG’s employee lifecycle  through our Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement.
  • Drive employee engagement closely with Business Part (each brand), as well as HR Business Partners and Internal & External Communications teams on progressive and proactive workforce engagement programs that align with CRG’s business strategy including recognition and appreciation, learning and development, clear and transparent communications, and community involvement.
  • Initiate and lead CRG’s staff engagement via internal activities (such as well-being campaign and activities, Happy Workplace Activities etc.) to build employee engagement align with CG HR Vision and Policy.
  • Conduct and manage employee engagement survey with employees and interpret the results for recommended activities to improve the critical engagement driver or/and maintain as well as sustain the key focus of the outstanding engagement driver and promote the company as a great place to work.
  • Initiate, improve, and develop effective internal communication both online & offline channels to employees in order to promoting and transmitting management policy, employee value proposition, employer branding, corporate culture, brand image and etc.
  • Act as an internal consultant for implementing and driving CRG’s HR strategy and align to company’s direction and goal.
  • Initiate and deliver special project (ad-hoc) according to company’s objective and agile organization vision.
