Desired Experience

• > 5+ years’ experience with corporate analysis, experiences with the corporate reporting process
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma Improvement Projects
• Experience interfacing with corporate and C-level executives
• International Experience: Work across international operating countries
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and corporate processes
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Strong familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and S4/Hana
• Willingness to learn additional software programs (only as a user not programmer)
• Able to use repository storage software like SharePoint with little to no training
• Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to provide proper data
• Corporate presentation skills are considered a plus
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• High energy, periods with a high degree of autonomy
• Strong English communication skills, especially speaking
• Strong time-management skills

• Enterprise Monthly Savings summary rollup by Business/Region
• Quarterly Lean Six Sigma Maturity Metrics roll up Global (Business/Region)
• Monthly Project #, $/proj, etc. rollup Global (Business/Region)
• Annual Global LSS Summary for Sustainability Department
• Conduct Ad hoc data pulls as needed for related corporate reports or audits
• Responsible for Corporate Integration with S4/Hana
• Maintains central database of best-practice standards from across enterprise (LSS documents and procedures)
• Maintains library of LSS best practices from across enterprise 
• Stores all Standard Excellence Training Modules for one-stop access
• LSS deployment maturity metrics gap analysis cascade to focus topics to engage business/vertical/regional levels  
• Improvement in staff engagement survey results on LSS awareness and motivation
• Feedback scores on program management, coordination and reporting from business and functional heads
• Feedback scores on administrative support and coordination from LSS corporate expert team (IVEX Annual Staff Survey)

Others

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Strong preference for degree in Analytics or Business)
• Some flexibility allowed. Assignment will be in or near to one IVL’s Corporate Locations. Bangkok would be the first choice.
• A maximum 10% domestic and international (can be more or less depending upon possible needs during survey cycles)
