Tour Operator Company
Qualification:
-Minimum 3 years in the tourism industry
-Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
-Experience in pricing is an advantage
-Be able to use Microsoft Office
-Have product knowledge in Thailand
-Detail-oriented
-Ready and able to change to adapt to different circumstances
Responsibilities:
-Develop a working relationship with suppliers and tour guides
-Deal and negotiate with suppliers (accommodations, restaurant, transportations, activities, etc.) for the best rate
-Search for suitable suppliers for new trips or as a request from clients
-Update all data in the system in a timely manner including upload signed contract to the system
-Update all suppliers info with related internal teams
-Inspecting suppliers
-Responsible for any tasks assigned by the company
