Qualification:
-Minimum 6 years in the tourism industry with contracting related role
-Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
-Experience in pricing
-Be able to use Microsoft Office
-Have product knowledge in Thailand and neighbouring countries
-Detail-oriented
-Be able to manage a team to achieve goals
-Ready and able to change to adapt to different circumstances
Responsibilities:
-Develop a working relationship with suppliers and tour guides
-Deal and negotiate with suppliers (accommodations, restaurant, transportations, activities, etc.) for the best rate
-Negotiate payment term and related conditions
-Reporting on the status of contracts
-Search for suitable suppliers for new trips or as a request from clients
-Manage team to complete work with high quality and within the target date
-Update all suppliers info with related internal teams
-Inspecting suppliers
-Communicate with suppliers when there is a complaint from internal teams or clients
-Take care of 24 hours emergency phone
-Responsible for any tasks assigned by the company
