Container Freight Station Customer Service (Warehouse at Lat Krabang)

Job descriptions:

• To understand and follow customer requirements, ensure correspondence regarding customer service is efficiently processed, provide accurate and adequate reports and assist warehouse operations if required.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Receive and input customers' in-out orders by using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Support and assist with Container Freight Station (CFS) warehouse operations (i.e. receiving, labeling, sorting, organizing, scanning, loading, counting, Inspecting, etc)
• Generate the in-out order report and/or other necessary reports (i.e. warehouse receipt, tally sheet, labels, inventory report etc)
• Monitor and summarize the daily in-out orders.
• Perform inventory activity including stock count, and necessary reports.
• Coordinate with internal operation team and/or customers for in and out orders.
• Reconcile any shipment discrepancies, and prepare for the improvement plan.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Your skills and experience:

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in Sea Logistics, Contract Logistics, Warehousing and Retails.
• Experience in Import-Export and Customs Formality, Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control and Warehouse Management System (WMS) System.
• Ability to work well with others and independently, problem solving skills and positive thinking
