  • Insight partner to marketing director, close collaboration to deliver AOP
  • To Support business strategy with strong & grounded consumer knowledge
  • Deliver market analysis to identify & prioritise growth acceleration opportunities
  • Build strong partnership with GBS to apply analytic to recommend course correct on market performance
  • Lead research projects in strong collaboration with research partner and deliver actionable insights, i.e. brand positioning, comms check & innovation researches
  • Utilize and deploy different type of insights tools for analysis, e.g. Nielsen answers, world panel, BMS and comms tracking dashboard, demand space report & tableau

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any other related field
  • At least 6-8 years of proven insights experiences, esp. within consumer goods industry
  • Strong competence level in design, planning & execution of Insights agenda
  • Advanced level collaboration skills - ability to work with senior teams
  • Commercial savvy, build and challenge decision & recommend optimization
  • Ability to synthesize and integrate information from multiple sources
  • Strong presentation skills – comfortable presenting internally & externally to all levels
  • Ability to listen & influence to gain broad alignment and deliver goal successfully
  • Strong understanding of Asian markets and consumers
  • This role will be based in Bangkok
