Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Strategy and Operations

Responsibilities:

• Function as a project team member on consulting engagements related to CFO-level business issues across diverse industries in Thailand
• Develop technical expertise related to finance and accounting processes, regulatory environment and competitive landscape
• Utilize analytical frameworks and tools to conduct complex business analysis
• Conduct secondary and primary research through data gathering and client interviews
• Develop effective client relationships that enable our recommendations to be acted upon
• Contribute continuously to our firm’s knowledge base from project experiences

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related degree; CPA qualification is preferable but not essential
• Able to demonstrate capability to work effectively in both dynamic international and local environments.
• Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, senior management teams, as well as key personnel in business units
• Excellent communication skills, strong written and oral presentation skills, bilingual in Thai and English
• For male, Certificate of Military Exemption is a must
• For Manager: 8-10 years experience in management consulting industry or knowledge & experience in the areas listed below is a plus

• For Senior Consultant: 5-7 years experience in management consulting industry or knowledge & experience in the areas listed below is a plus

  • Cost allocation and enterprise cost reduction strategy development
  • Finance and accounting process
  • Enterprise Resource Planning system design and implementation

• For Junior Consultant: 3 years experience in management consulting industry or knowledge & experience in the areas listed above
