The Position: We’re looking for internet technicians, to monitor internet sites during live events and for vod content.

Requirements:

• English & Arabic
  
• Basic computing and Internet skills
• Media download and streaming awareness (live sports, movies & TV content)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of internet sites during live sports events
• Download and streaming sites monitoring
• Use of internal software tools (learning & documentation provided)
• Customer support requests handling in English (customer ticketing tool)

Work based in Bangkok, night work shifts (including week ends / bank holidays).

5 days/week.
