Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for all legal matters affecting company, including the coordination with stakeholder to manage litigation cases
  • Answer inquiries on compliance-related issues, monitor compliance to regulations and policies/procedures. Carry out research and provide interpretation and advice relating to applicable regulations.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, industry association(s) and internal / external auditors.
  • Manage regulatory reporting / licensing matters and continuous professional training monitoring process.
  • Participate in compliance related projects as assigned
  • Lead and manage activity to ensure the Company complies with the Personal Data Protection Act.
  • Support audits, investigations and quality assurance reviews as required
  • Organize regulatory and compliance training
  • Other legal and compliance work as and when assigned


  • Minimum 3 year in legal, compliance, audit or other related fields.
  • Well versed and strong in SEC and AML rules and regulations and relevant Thailand laws.
  • Analytical/Audit/Law/Compliance background; preferably with accounting / finance / legal designation.
  • Fluent in spoken and written in English.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
