Responsibilities
Support the Compliance lead to set and review policies related to good corporate governance under the company’s Code of Conduct
Collect and coordinate internal compliance data with other teams in order to implement policies, procedures and systems as well as provide administrative support to the Compliance lead
Follow up on the principle of corporate governance and code of conduct relating to practices of external regulators as well as implement compliance activities to ensure that each team
complies with standard practice, applicable laws and regulations
Train employees on compliance guidelines, requirements and standards
Control, prepare and update regulations, rules, orders, and announcements of company’s compliance policies
Coordinate document requests, procedure changes, and other compliance projects
Work with colleagues to reach all compliance objectives in a timely manner
Control and keep compliance documents
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in law, corporate governance, finance and accounting, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in compliance, corporate counsel focusing on compliance issues, law, corporate governance, internal audit, or a related field
Proven understanding of risk assessment and mitigation
Research and reporting skills
Familiarity with computer and necessary software
Attention to details and good organization skills
Ability to foster strong relationships
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
