The Community and Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing all external customer communications strategy, customer feedback and enquiries, and all owned social media platform interactions. This position leverages key relationships and contacts within the POPS App community and potential user base, in collaboration with other POPS App teams, to effectively integrate supporters’ heightened interest in the Application, fostering a continuing engaging, and positive user community, in line with POPS App’s overall strategic objectives.
