JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:

The Community and Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing all external customer communications strategy, customer feedback and enquiries, and all owned social media platform interactions. This position leverages key relationships and contacts within the POPS App community and potential user base, in collaboration with other POPS App teams, to effectively integrate supporters’ heightened interest in the Application, fostering a continuing engaging, and positive user community, in line with POPS App’s overall strategic objectives.

 
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage any customer inquiries and coordinate with each team or key contact person to deliver customer satisfaction solutions i.e. marketing team, content team, product, technology or sales
  2. Responsible for customer service both inquiry and feedback throughout all active channels and platforms i.e. Applications (Google Play, Apple App Store), Email (POPS App Support) and Social Media inbox or direct message (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok)
  3. Become POPS App’s representative by supporting social network communities and engaging with online customer through active social media accounts e.g. reply customer comment in post, photo or any related activities
  4. Track and record customer data with monthly summary report sharing with the team i.e. most complaint issue, top request content IPs, technical issue with the app etc.

Qualification: 
  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in digital media industry, customer service or related fields
  • Experience working in technology start-ups will be advantageous
  • Excellent English and Thai, both verbally & written.
  • Passionate about content and digital media.
