Responsibilities external and internal communication of the Rayong tire plant.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design, creation and implementation of the internal employee communications content, and forums which create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and individuals and shape culture
  • Develop and promote a plant communication strategy in order to ensure a positive image of Continental
  • Act as first point of contact on internal communications, providing advice and support to business units on internal communications messaging and best practice
  • Responsible for implementing internal communication tools (newsletter, internal letter, info boards, internal Media, Town Hall and Microsoft Kaizala), in order to ensure a motivated workforce in Rayong plant
  • Collaborate with teams, and employees throughout the organization to drive employee awareness and engagement by creating initiatives that promote the key objectives of the organization
  • Responsible for the plant's event management such as company events and CRS activity
  • Ensure internal and external messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner
  • Plan and manage budget of communication operational works align with the company goals and regulation
  • Coordinate with concerned parties across units to ensure smooth
  • Ensures alignment of all communications to corporate, divisional and local business tire division
  • Ensure immediate notification and response and initiate preventive measure in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
  • Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications and PR or related field 
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position or respective experiences for multination company
  • Must have experience within the communication field (e.g. Public Relations, Plant communications, Media Communication)
  • Work collaborate well with team and also self-driven
  • Excellent in both Thai and English language (written & verbal)
  • Good strategic thinking, creative and initiative for new idea project
  • Good connections with medias and agencies will be a plus
