COMMUNICATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT / MANAGER

What you will do…
- Join / lead a team with diverse background to execute the adoption of digital solutions within clients’ organizations (focusing on enterprise cloud-based technology)
- Understand the clients’ corporate culture and context; as well as acquire knowledge of processes, functions and technical specifications underlying the digital solutions
- Create and manage the execution of the digital solutions adoption plan including but not limited to:
- Design communication messages and media channels
- Organize marketing events and promotional activities (e.g. campaigns and gamifications)
- Align communications and change initiatives with deployment schedule
- Provide user training and technical support
- Monitor and report usage adoption with recommendations
- Manage relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, as well as manage project work plan
- Deliver and supervise team to develop high quality work outputs such as presentation slides (e.g. adoption
plan, status report, monitoring report & recommendation), communications media (e.g. info-graphics, video clips, etc.), functional design & technical specification documents, test reports, training materials, etc.
What we look for…
- Interest in Communication & Change Management type of work especially within Technology Consulting & System Development field
- Excellent analytical, creative, organization, communication, and collaboration skills with high leadership and professionalism
- Passion to learn new skills and understand new technology at pace and with structure
- 3-15 years+ of work experience in digital transformation / system implementation, marketing, communication / public relations, media, or related fields
- Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
