  • 5 years in managing sales and commercial

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business , Commercial or MBA Finance or CA equivalent. Graduates with relevant experience would also be considered.
  • Prior experience of at least 5 years in managing sales and commercial functions of a business unit manufacturing and selling copper products (or other metals) in Thailand.
  • Excellent command in English

  • Customer Orientation: Is seen as a role model for emphasis on positive customer experience and looking for opportunities to deliver customer delight. Develops, communicates and practices a set of values that would focus resources towards exceeding customer expectations consistently
  • Commercial orientation: Provides direction to enhance revenue and/ or profitability. Brings commercial value addition to the company by targeting aspects related to financial health
  • Strategic thinking: prioritizes and plans workload. Considers a range of factors and deals effectively with complexities in the planning process (e.g., costs, timing, customer needs, scheduling, and information flow etc.). Gives requisite attention to details to ensure no design flaws, or lag in supply chain. Adheres to a governance mechanism to track status of various tasks/ activities/responsibilities
