Responsibilities

• Enhance and support the production and business process to achieve the company's KPI.
• Lead and Initiative the continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process.
• Implement and running the 6 Sigma methodologies to be an improvement tool for both business and process initiative to leverage productivity.
• Promote the activities and tools for all improvements.
• Provide sufficient training for Green Belts and coach them to run the projects.
• Responsible on company cost saving with owner KPI department though monthly cost saving and amount of CIP activities.
• Initiative an innovation project for process, quality, productivity improvement.
• Lead and coordinate with supplier or internal department to make an innovation project for process improvement, performance improvement and quality issue solving.
• Work and communicate with Raw material suppliers for all relative actions and recommend supplier for improvement concerned.
• Manage and give a consult Process Engineer to responsible on each new material trial.
• Manage and control new machine and equipment commissioning.
• Follow and response to meet mutual objectives on Quality, Company/ Department KPls, environment, Health and safety as well as others departmental Project.
• Follow according to company standard requirement and regulation which certified by external certified bodies.
• Follow according to law and regulation on environment, health and safety.
• Support and help in any corporate continual improvement according to establishment of CIP Project or 6 Sigma Project.
• To do as supervisor assignment.
• Awareness the needs of customers and interested parties.
• Awareness of the contribution to the effectiveness of the management of the company.
• Awareness of the contribution per company policy
• Awareness of the contributions to the culture and values of the organization to achieve the stated goals.
• Awareness of the mistake and the consequences of not complying with the terms of the management of the company.
• Responsible for identifying risks affecting the products, services, and environmental risks. To prevent and reduce the impact of unwanted and bring about continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree of Engineering industrial or Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Technology.
• At least 5 year up to experiences in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Good Computer skills.
• Provide of 6 Sigma Black Belt certified.
• Ability to use Minitab software.
• Understand in Drawing or ability to use drawing application.
• Thai nationality only
• Able to work in Bangkhuntien
• Manufacturing experience is most preferable 
• Have a private car will be advantage
