Responsibilities
- Supervise the production control according to shop floor management methodology
- Ensure the improvement of OEE and labor productivity
- Balance production line in order to maximize line efficiency and minimize the resources in production
- Create work standard, mange the training plan and provide training to operator
- Responsible for the improvement of shop floor management (Genba Kanri)
- Ensure the good management of spare part control for Jig and tooling
- To work in accordance with the regulations. The Company's policies include: 5S, Genba-Kanri, ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14001 And safety regulations, etc. to achieve the objectives of the project
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Parts assembly process
- Technical background in automatic assembly machine would be preferable
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Understand line balancing, man-machine chart
- Ability to improve production line efficiency
- Understanding shop floor management and lean concept would be an advantage
