Our client is an multinational company from Europe.  They are looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of Financial functions for Thailand and overseas offices in South East Asia
• Responsible for preparation and analysis of all forecast and budget planning, cash flow projection, treasury and financial risk management
• Prepare management reports and analyses to identify and explain variances to support management decision
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
• Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with GAAP and local regulatory laws for financial and tax reporting
• Prepare annual budget and analyze monthly performance VS budget
• Any other related and ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields 
• At least 10 years of professional working experience in Managerial Accounting/Finance role 
• Good leadership skill, strong interpersonal skill, logical and analytical skill, detail oriented, good team player, positive attitude with hands on personality, trustworthy and reliable, familiar with fast growing and young dynamic working environment
